The COCO model mean to be a full investment by Indialive Innovations and the company will own and operate the Hub. The 100% returns from the business will be shared only with Indialive Innovations.

Franchisee Owned Company Operated Model

FOCO Model

In the FOCO model India Live Innovations will be operating the entire business with full responsibilities of Administration, Marketing, Human resource, Branding and Business Development. Any individuals, companies or organizations can associate with India Live by becoming the Franchisee owners. Franchise options will be available for separate sections or the total hub business.

Company Owned Franchise Operated Model

COFO Model

In the COFO model the ownership will be reserved on Indialive Innovations and the Operational rights and responsibilities will be on franchises. The income to the company will be the rental or Business Share income only. 100% of the individual business profits will be shared to the Franchise owners.

Project Equities

In this model, the total project will be divided into shares and the share value will be fixed based on the individual project investment. There will be fixed no. of shares and 15% of the shares will be owned by Indialive Innovations. 85% of shares will be liquidates to public and people can buy the shares. Profits will be shared according to the share percentage they owned.
